Solemn Statement

To ensure safe operation of CMS-linked channels and to reinforce compliance with the latest YouTube Community Guidelines and related policies, we hereby reiterate key requirements and make the following statement.

Zero-Tolerance High-Risk Content

Any violation may lead to community strikes, monetization removal, permanent channel termination, or immediate CMS removal.

Minors Sexual/Baiting Violence/Gore Drugs/Tobacco Weapons/Terror

I. Strictly Prohibited Content on YouTube Channels

Including but not limited to thumbnails, titles, and video visuals.

Baby/child/minor-related content and scenes that may harm minors.
Student uniforms (e.g., JK), campus minor implication or sexualized content.
Injury/abuse/miscarriage/violence-related content involving pregnant women.
Bondage/kidnapping/illegal confinement/abuse-related content.
Bloody violence, bullying, killing, torture, horror, or disturbing content.
Smoking, drug use, tobacco, and illegal drug-related content.
Sexual suggestion, vulgar/borderline content, ambiguous baiting, coercive romance.
Harem content (one male with multiple females in ambiguous relationships).
Harm or abuse of the elderly.
Over-sexualized depictions of women or sexual exploitation content.
Firearms, weapons, shooting, terror attacks, or propaganda of violent acts.
Blasphemy, insult, or offense against any religion or belief.

II. CMS-Linked Channel Management Policy

Effective from May 20, 2026

Partners with new community warnings or monetization disabled within this month will have new channel creation/invitations suspended until rectification is completed.
From May 31, 2026, if any channel is found publishing any of the prohibited content above (including thumbnails, titles, or visuals), we will retain relevant data and immediately remove the channel from CMS, and reserve the right to impact future cooperation based on severity.

III. Important Reminder

This statement is based on YouTube Community Guidelines and policies. Violations may lead to warnings, strikes, monetization removal, or permanent deletion by YouTube.
Partners bear full responsibility for all content published. Any consequences caused by violations shall be borne by the partner.
We reserve the right to take immediate action against violating channels, including retaining data and removing the channel from CMS or terminating cooperation.
