Both were Aboriginal children adopted by white families - and, later in life, they each shared similar desires to reconnect with their bloodlines. Boggia, Licensed Clinical Social Worker of the Main Street Counseling Center in Stroudsburg, PA, with internationally renowned artist, Professor Marietta Dantonio-Fryer of Cheyney University, embarked on a journey of healing when they became a part of the "You Are Not Alone" turtle mural project; a 6x6 foot turtle-shaped sculpture led by Dantonio-Fryer and students from the University.
